The 2010 San Diego Asian Film Festival is now accepting entries. This is your opportunity to be a part of one of the largest Pan Asian film festivals in the nation. We welcome filmmakers from around the world to submit their work for competition in our 11th film fest celebration to be held October 21-28, 2010.

Congratulations to "White on Rice," the Harrah's Rincon Audience Award Winner of the 10th Annual San Diego Asian Film Festival. Last night lead actor Hiroshi Watanabe accepted the award on behalf of the film's cast and crew.

"White on Rice" opens on Friday, November 6 at the Reading Cinemas Gaslamp 15 in downtown San Diego, so you'll have more chances to catch this festival favorite.

We've decided to bring back some of our festival favorites for the last day, Thursday, October 29. If you've missed the chance to see these films during the past two weeks, you still have the opportunity to catch them:

• "All About Dad" 5:30 PM*

* Director Mark Tran and actor Chi Pham will be in attendance. Mark Tran was awarded the George C. Lin Emerging Filmmaker Award.

• "The Real Shaolin" 7:30 PM
• "Legend Is Alive" 9:30 PM

We're down to our last day of the 10th San Diego Asian Film Festival. Please join us for the closing day celebrations on Thursday and help us end the fest with a bang. We can't think of any better way to end then with our SDAFF family, so come and say hello. Be sure to fold one more paper crane for our Cancer Awareness project and purchase one more star for our Holland America Cruise Line giveaway. We've also added screenings of festival favorites in case you've missed them.
