You’ll still need to pick up a physical ticket from the box office. Tickets are distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis. For free UltraStar screenings, you can start picking up tickets from the theater box office during normal business hours starting November 1. For free Edwards Mira Mesa screenings, you can pick up your free tickets at the venue box office up to an hour before the screening.
